Resonance
transforming organisations

Creating workspaces for people and organisations to thrive.

“When organizations are built not on implicit mechanisms of fear but on structures and practices that breed trust and responsibility, extraordinary and unexpected things start to happen.” Frederic Laloux

Cultural change

We work with organisations to identify the obstacles to well-being in the workplace and help reduce or eliminate these. We find enablers to reach a new level of employee satisfaction, engagement and happiness that will eventually result in long-lasting healthy relationships between employee and organisation as well as better individual and group performance. We support the cultural change of an organisation.

Personalized workspace

All too often when it comes to workspace design, employees are not or only randomly involved in the choices that are made, resulting in a loss of happiness, engagement and productivity at work.

Instead of a “one size fits all” approach, we collect employees’ personal workspace preferences and needs based on their personality types. We then map these types with possible workspace options, thereby finding the best solution for client and employees.

Inspirational talks

We provide insightful talks at various client events, meetings, forums and conferences. Please contact us for more information.

Possible topics:

  • Digital Well-being – learning to switch off
  • Developing human skills in a world of automated doing
  • How to create a safe space for doing & being at the workplace
  • Cultural transformation in organisations – from hierarchy to network, from profit to purpose
  • Resilience and mindfulness  – cultivating essential skills of our brain
  • Wholeness – how can we truly be ourselves at work?

Why Resonance Matters

Resonance is about creating sound, waves and vibes. When we talk about resonance in the context of people and organisations, we consider these questions: How ‘in tune’ or ‘in resonance’ are human beings with their work? How ‘attuned’ are they to one another? And how much is the organisation as a whole in resonance with employees, customers and other stakeholders?

Well-being is considered an essential force and core competency in organisations as it directly impacts the engagement, creativity and performance of each player in the organisation.

"George designed a workshop tailored to the needs of our organisations Professional Womens Group. The event accommodated over 120 participants in an auditorium setting, yet retained the ability to be personal to all attendees. George's flexibility and expertise were greatly received and appreciated, and the feedback from participants following the event was overwhelmingly positive. We definitely plan to work with George again in the future."
