In this workshop, we will explore how we can meet challenges in our mind, body or the world with awareness, compassion and choice – while shifting from a reactive to a responsive or resilient mind state. We will have the opportunity to share with each other useful techniques and best practices that can support you as a human being and coach and help you become more and more resilient.

George Peterburs George inspires people to being human. George works with people and organisations as a well-being, mindfulness, resilience teacher and speaker as well as accredited trainer for Positive Neuroplasticity. He is a certified co-active coach (CPCC) and has trained at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre.
