Meditation training

We offer short introductory or teaser sessions. This allows people new to mindfulness and meditation to get a first taste through direct experience.

When introducing mindfulness in organisations, we also emphasise the evidence-based research and proven various mental and physical health benefits of mindfulness.

Shorter mindfulness sessions can be incorporated into team or leadership events and workshops. Regular breaks in the workplace (eg, mornings or lunchtime) to practice mindfulness are another option.

Mindfulness trainings and workshops

Our inspiring and sustainable six-week Mindfulness Training Programme is specifically designed for employees in the workplace. By training and developing a responsive mindset, participants learn to meet everyday challenges with greater presence, calmness and choice. Mindfulness training also lends itself to team training, as it will greatly impact the way people interact with each other.

  • Weekly 90-minute training sessions

Resilience

In challenging times we all need resources and inner strengths. Resilience – the ability to bounce back from setbacks and to come back strong – is a skill that can be trained. We can train our minds to come back, again and again from various forms of reactivity and to shift into responsive action. Thus prepare us for upcoming challenges in our lives.

Our resilience trainings combine modern neuroscience (Neuroplasticity) and ancient wisdom.

Why mindfulness matters

Mindfulness is about waking up to the present moment, the life that you have and the work that you are doing right now, and also the people you are interacting with at this moment. It supports you to develop an embodied presence of knowing and calm that will allow you to work with greater focus, awareness and choice, making better and wiser decisions compared to when the mind is scattered. People around you will also notice your embodied presence, so your communication and leadership will have a stronger impact on others.
