In this interactive workshop we will explore how much of the mind`s daily attention is absorbed or influenced by digital technology and artificial intelligence. How can we measure it? Is digital technology improving our lives or distracting us from our goals? To what degree is the use of digital tools reasonable and when does it become harmful? How can we restore and preserve vital analogue human experiences?
