All too often when it comes to workspace design, employees are not or only randomly involved in the choices that are made, resulting in a loss of productivity and engagement.

Instead of a “one size (must) fit all” approach, we collect employees’ personal workspace preferences and needs based on their personality types. We then map these types with possible workspace options, thereby finding the best solution for client and employees.

WHY RESONANCE MATTERS

Resonance is about creating sound, waves and vibes. When we talk about resonance in the context of people and organisations, we consider these questions: How ‘in tune’ or ‘in resonance’ are human beings with their work? How ‘attuned’ are they to one another? And how much is the organisation as a whole in resonance with employees, customers and other stakeholders?
