We offer short introductory or teaser sessions. This allows people new to mindfulness to get a first taste through direct experience of mindfulness instead of just hearing or reading about it.

When introducing mindfulness in organisations, we also emphasise the evidence-based research and proven benefits of mindfulness.

6-WEEK TRAINING PROGRAMME

Our inspiring and sustainable six-week Mindfulness Training Programme is specifically designed for employees in the workplace. By training and developing a responsive mindset, participants learn to meet everyday challenges with greater presence, calmness and choice.

TAILORED SOLUTION

Mindfulness training also lends itself to team training, as it will greatly impact the way people interact with each other.

Shorter mindfulness sessions can be incorporated into team or leadership events and workshops.

Regular breaks in the workplace (eg, over lunch) to practice mindfulness are another option.

WHY MINDFULNESS MATTERS

Mindfulness is about waking up to the present moment, the life that you have and the work that you are doing right now, and also the people you are interacting with at this moment. It supports you to develop an embodied presence of knowing and calm that will allow you to work with greater focus, awareness and choice, making better and wiser decisions compared to when the mind is scattered.
