About George Peterburs

When working with individuals, teams or groups George’s overall intention is to build resonance.

Resonance for the individual means to get in touch with inner strengths and core values and learning to trust one’s own resources. Resonance in an organisation means to create a space that allows all members to connect and link personal values with the team or group’s purpose.

George works as teacher, moderator, coach, advisor, author and speaker for human development, well-being and mindfulness. He has over 15 years of work experience, including with two large organisations Apple Inc. and Hoffmann-La Roche. George has worked in Ireland, the U.K., Germany and Switzerland. Since 2005 he has been living and working in Basel, Switzerland. He founded the resonance gmbh in 2016.

George’s aim is to inspire and empower people and organisations to personal and cultural growth and transformation.

Shari Keller Kiofsky

Shari is passionate about working with people. She loves to help individuals unleash their true potential, as well as support companies in creating and maintaining a high performance culture – that not only works – but is sustainable. Thanks to many years of HR experience working for leading retail, luxury brand and recruitment companies, she knows what can really make a difference to a person’s motivation, development and engagement and how to leverage this to ensure great results. Shari’s main values are honesty, respect, relationships built on trust, fun and positivity.

Lutz Hempel

Lutz’s mission is to inspire, connect and move people, leaders, teams and organizations to develop more human, collaborative and innovative cultures. He and his fellows from Groovin’ Organization do that through vibrant sessions in large group events and leadership development programs as well as through resonating team journeys, workshops and trainings combining innovative arts-based (particularly music-based) concepts with systemic and mindful perspectives. Signature topics are (organizational) sound, groove, resonance and strategic improvisation which link to (co-)creativity, innovativeness, performance, agility and responsiveness. Clients include corporations, midsize and small champions and international conferences.

Lutz has a long experience in management consulting and a strong background in music and mindfulness. He holds an EMBA from the University of Strathclyde and a degree in international arts management and is a member of leading networks in arts & organization research and practice as well as in mindful economy and work.

Kerstin Thurma

Kerstin is passionate about helping people find their inner truth. Since she started this journey in 2004, she has encountered various scientific, spiritual, physical, and mental insights. Seminars, books, self-reflection, coaching and discussions continuously enrich her knowledge and experience. She is convinced that all of us carry a certain potential within themselves – like a seed that contains all that is necessary in order to become a beautiful flower or a tree. When we begin to open ourselves up to what there is and take responsibility for ourselves, we will unfold our potential and lead a fulfilling life.

After receiving her diploma in industrial engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Kerstin worked at renowned companies (Daimler, Lufthansa, Unilever) in personnel and project management. Her methods are inspired by nonviolent communication by Marshall Rosenberg and the mindfulness philosophy. She finds the right approach to a person. Her vision is to be the spark that lights your flame of knowledge and development.
